Chengdu Super Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional carbon plant in China and has strong product research and innovation capabilities. It is the most professional research-led new carbon-graphite production company in China. It is the compiling unit of national industry standard JB/T2934-2006. At present, companies are in the process of transition from production to scientific research. The company was founded in 1993 and has a history of 16 years. In the early days of its establishment, it mainly focused on localization of spare parts for imported equipment, focusing on scientific research and production of carbon-graphite products for machinery, and production of high-performance graphite materials and products. At present, 80% of the company's products are localized alternatives to imported equipment spare parts, and the rest are independently designed products as well as export products and military products. With the development of enterprises, products have been extended to aerospace, aviation, submarines, ships, radar and other military projects. The company has more than 80 sets of processing equipment, including lathes, grinders, milling machines, grinding machines, CNC diamond sand wire cutting machines, CNC double-end surface grinding machines, high-pressure impregnation reactors, isostatic presses, siliconization furnaces and so on. The isostatic press is a 400 MPa high pressure isostatic press, which is the key equipment for making high density isotropic graphite. Silica gel furnace is one of the only two existing in China and is the key equipment for producing high strength siliconized graphite. In order to research and produce high-performance mechanical carbon, carbon-graphite materials used in isotropic machinery are leading domestically. The isostatic press is also one of the parameters in the domestic same industry. The isotropic graphite material has been used for many years of research and experiments to conclude a set of stable process recipes. Its product performance has reached and approached that of high-end products in developed countries. The product performance gap between China's high-end machinery carbon and foreign developed countries has been narrowed. The impregnation process of Chengdu SuperCine Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. is in the leading position in China, and it is also the key process guarantee for manufacturing high-density graphite. In particular, the silver-reinforced graphite impregnated with high temperature and high pressure further enhances the mechanical properties of the material, improves the toughness, thermal conductivity, thermal stability, improves wear resistance, and reduces the friction coefficient. Through years of research and experiments with relevant departments and units, it has proved its reliability, and the military has approved and purchased them in bulk.
