SEREN rice milling machine is designed for various grains processing in farm,applications to automate the process of removing the chaff of grains of rice. It features its patented user friendly design with robust main parts of roller and rice sieve, the optional hole sizes of sieves make it possible for various granular materials such as rice, millet, wheat, buckwheat, corn, mung bean, soybean and so on to hull,to peel and to grind the materials.

Working Prnciples
SEREN rice milling machine used to remove brown rice from the bran layer (the cortex and germ) and to roll it into white rice. Its main working part is a rolling white chamber formed by a rotating roller roller and its outer plate punching rice. The brown rice is removed from the rice mouth after removing the bran layer in the white room, and the rice bran passes through the sieve hole of the rice sieve. The feeding capacity of the feeding mechanism, the clearance of the white room and the size of the pressure can be adjusted, and the rice sieves with different holes and sizes can be used to meet the different needs. The outlet is equipped with a pressure gate or gate to control the size of the mouth, and can be adjusted to obtain different grinding precision and flow.
