Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: We support a small MOQ of 24 pairs per style per color for our models. For customers’ own models, we have a MOQ policy of 60 pairs per style.
Q: Can you produce my own models?
A: Yes, we can make your models for you. You’re welcome to send us the pictures or drawings of the models you want to make. The minimum order quantity for your models will be 60 pairs per style.
Q: Can I put my logo on shoes or boxes?
A: Yes, your logo can be put on shoes and boxes. However, to do that, total quantity per order will be at least 200 pairs. Please send us your logo in PDF, JPG or PSD format and your requirements.
Q: What if I have some special requirements, like extra large or small size shoes, delicate packaging, etc. can you manage to do that?
A: We offer customized service. Please send us your detailed requirements when inquiry, and we will try our best to serve you.
Q: How are the products packed?
A: Our standard package is bag, box and carton while it also can be packed as your indication.
Q: Is it possible to get a sample before I place an order?
