2.May I order small qty of shoes?

Answer: Different models have different MOQ.You’d better contact us to confirm. Sometimes we may suggest you the models which have small MOQ or shoes in stock.

3.Can you provide sample?

Answer: Yes, please feel free to tell us the item number you prefer, also your own design is welcome to make samples for you.

4.When can you send me the shoes after payment?

Answer: For sample,around 5~7 days. For bulk order, around 15~30 days.

5.What is your price term,payment term and delivery terms?

Answer: By FOB Guangzhou/Shanghai/Shenzhen 30%~70% deposit, balance paid before shipment. Delivery Terms: By express,by air,by shipment or as per requirement.

6.Are you the factory?

Answer: Yes, we are the manufacture, and welcome to pay a visit to our factory.

7. What is your guarantee?

Answer: Before shipment our shoes will pass strict inspection. If any problem be found, detail photos need to be provided within 20 days after receiving goods. After our confirmation, compensation will be offered accordingly.

Packaging & Shipping

1.Inner packaging

For the shoes ,we use nylon bags do  inner packaging , Nylon bag can reduce oxidation occurred and save space,and can also use box.

2.Transfer packaging

For  export  we put  shoes in  Moisture-proof packaging then put them in carton . Ensure that the product in transit in good condition.

3.Custom packaging

We can produce the shoes boxes according to your requirements,we can print your logo on the boxes to help your  Smooth business.

Shipping :  

Sample shipping

   For  sample  order  we  usually  transfer by express,like DHL, FedEX  UPS   TNT and  EMS . usually  you  can  get  samples in  one week . 

Final order shipping 

   For final order . we can do  air  transfer  and  sea  shipping, it depends on you. we have our cooperated forwarder company, you can only tell us your destination seaport so that we can calculate the shipping cost for you. if you have your own shipping forwarder, please tell us which seaport you need to ship in China, we can send goods to your designated place.
