Q1. Can use own Brand/Logo on the shoes or box?

Sure. OEM&ODM are welcome.

Q2. If offer any discount?
Yes, we provide big discount to our customers when they come with a bulk order.

If more than the order quantity, I can give you discounts. We will quota you the best price based on your order quantity.

Q3. Can I get a free sample? If it's not free, can I get refund when I place an order?

Our regular customers do not need to pay sample cost. Samples are dispatched within 7-10 Days.

New customers need to pay the sample fee and delivery cost.

As you know, hundreds of our clients ask for samples each Month, it's a heavy burden for us. But you will get sample fee refund when we get your bulk order.

Mix sample are acceptable.

Q4. How many color can be ordered?

We will send the color swatch along with the sample and you can choose available color

Q5. Do you have products in stock?

Of course we have  as we have our own factory. For the exporting products, most customers have their own preference, so most of the time we produce these shoes accordingly and the goods okay time is 2-3 weeks;but as we always foucs on R&D, and the supply capacity is good,  so we always have new and fashion model in our warehouse.

Q6. What's your product guarantee period and after sales?
We offer 3 Months warranty. During this period, if the shoes come out with the problems such as unglued and rubber sole broken, we promise all the shoes will be returned at our expense.

Q7. What's the best delivery time?

In general, need 30-45days from confirmation on sample and after receipt of deposit.
