PFM crown is a classic type of fixed prosthetic in dentistry.  It is still a basic type of all our products. We have a various of materials to use in metal frameworks. We can make all type of gold, semi-gold, and non precious PFM. For non-precious, we use non-allergic Co-Cr alloy for metal framework, put on porcelain on top to reach beauty and strength at the same time!

How to send cases to us

A.  Please prepare the following items before sending the case:

a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; especially tooth number, single crowns or bridge, color, what item to make

b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary

c. Bite registration (if necessary)

d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts

e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare an commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper

B.  Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the cases back

Packaging & Shipping

Turnaround Time

Shipping time: if you use DHL or UPS, the shipping could take 2-3 days one way.

Production time: For PFM or full ceramics 3 days; For framework partial dentures or implants 4-5 days; For complicated cases or combined works with two or more items 7 days.

So the total turnaround time could be 7-14 days depending on what item to make
