Product Description
According to customers’ specific requirements and production characteristics, the most appropriate technical plan, process route, adsorbents types and proportion are provided to ensure the yield of effective gas and the reliability of index.
Dense filling technology of adsorbents is adopted to further reduce the dead spaces between the bed layers and increasing the recovery rate of the effective components.
In the operation plan, mature and advanced control software package is adopted to optimize the adsorption time, which enables the plant to operate in the most economical mode for a long time and be free from the influence of technical level and careless operation of operators.
The lifespan of our PSA programmable valves with special technologies is above 1 million times.
Applications
1. CH4 Concentration and Purification from Biogas
This technology is to get high purity CH4 from CH4-rich biogas by successively conduct compression and desulfurization, and remove foreign gases by PSA technology.
2. Hydrocarbons above C2 Removal from Natural Gas (PSA - C2 Removal)
Remove the hydrocarbon above C2 from natural gas and oilfield gas, for producing pure CH4.
