1.How can I know your quality before I place a order?

A:Please don't worry,we can send you some samples to check the quality,before you place a order,and you can confirm everything yourself.

2.I want to add my logo or design of my own, is it ok?

Yes,it's no problem,we can put your logo on the shoes,and we also can make the shoes according to your design. If you like,you can tell us your idea,then we make the sample for the testing.

3.May I order small quantity of shoes?

Our MOQ is 60 pairs. But if you want a small quantity of shoes,

1) we can suggest you other hot shoes which the MOQ is 10;

2) we can suggest you the shoes in stock;

3) we can increase the FOB price with small quantity;

4) we can have a talk to solve the problem in a happy method.

4.How can I make the payment?

We accept the L/C,T/T,Western Union,Paypal,you can choose any way you like.but for L/C, the total money amount should be above 50000 USD . most of time,T/T is very popular ,and the Western Union and Paypal is much more convenient for you.

5.When can you send me the shoes after my payment?

The delivery time usually is about 20-35 days. If there is going to have delivery delay,we will inform you the situation possible to occur in advance.
