Aging resistant oil engine rubber inlet valve

RUBBER TYPE: PTFE,FKM,NBR

PURPOSE:

 It’s used for connectiong internal combustion engine and throttle valve, transporting mixed gas, generating negative pressure through thermal insulation, controlling air intake flow , and realize cushioning effect at the same time.

Performance indexes and advantages:

 High tenperature:180℃, low temperature: -40℃.

 It is featured with resistances to corrosion, tearing and oil as well as cushioning.

Mold/samples lead-time:

1. For prototype mold, usually in 7days

2. For mass production mold, usually in 2 weeks

3. For some special molds, can be in 30days, especially for some automotive rubber molds
