1. Prepare the reagent disc

a. Take reagent disc out from refrigerator

b. Place it at room temperature for 20 minutes

*If the temperature of reagent disc is too low, it would arouse test result unreliable!

2. Sample handling

a. Inject blood into lithium heparin anticoagulant tube

b. Cover the anticoagulant tube

*Other ingredients of anticoagulant tubes may result in results unreliable!

3. Blending

Method 1. If sample volume is large, put it upside down for 3-5 times

Method 2. If sample volume is little, click the tube for 3 to 5 times

*Insufficient blending will result in test results unreliable!

4. Sample infusing

a. Rip the packing and take out the reagent disc

b. Inhale 100ul blood sample with pipette

*100ul quantitative pipette is recommended!

c. Inject blood sample into the sample hole

*You can not loosen the pipetting device button until the suction head is take away from sample hole
