BK SERIES INTRODUCTION

  The Boreas(BK) series compressor each component designed for reliability and ease of maintenance. The compressor is manufactured in compliance with applicable international standards CE,IAF and others and designed as per the international quality standards.These new generation compressor significantly reduce operating costs.

  The BK series industrial screw air compressor comes configured as belt driven (11kw - 18.5kw), optional gear driven, direct drven(7.5kw - 132kw) with discharge pressures from 0.8MPa to 1.3MPa.

Design Features of Screw Rotary:

I. Fully engaging “curved interfaces”, it enables fluid film lubrication to form, lowering cross leakage of the contact belts, while improving the efficiency of the air compressor.

II. The design features “big rotors and bearings at a low speed”. The rotational speed is lower than products of other brands, which may reduce noise levels and vibration and improve the rigidity of the rotors.
