With these advantages of reasonable design, superior materials, manufacture of high precision, complete variety, easy installation and etc. The air diffusers/grilles are all made of high quality aluminum alloy extrusions, its surface is processed by anodic oxidation, so it is smooth, clean, beautiful, corrosion resistance. The color of air diffuser/grille is natural color of aluminum-alloy (silver white), also can be other color according to customers’ requirement by spraying plastic.

1. It is usually used as return air vent of fan coil and central air conditioning system, as well as the decoration of access panel.

2. As the return air vent, it is derived from HY- KDG Egg Crate Grille. There just add an inner frame to make the blade parts into openable door structure. The openable door is opened when the bolt is unlock and it is easy to install, clean filter net, maintain. It can be equipped with HY-KFG air vent filter (HY-KFG-L aluminum net air vent filter, HY-KFG-N nylon net air vent filter, non-woven fabrics coarse filter cotton).

3. The blade of egg crate air grille is fixed and crossed type, with advantage of simple structure and low pressure loss.

4. The frame has two types of narrow and wide. In the diagram, the size in the bracket is wide type. Please definitely tell us the type of narrow or wide when you order. Otherwise, it should be manufactured according to the narrow type.
