 Our 3rd generation led floor adapts smaller plastic LED mask size 5*5mm, it decrease the light reflection by 50%, meanwhile, it enhances the screen color uniformity by 50%

Our 3rd generation led floor applies screwless plastic mask design, it upgrades the performance uniformity, and also make the maintenance easierand faster.

3. Upgrated Heat Dissipating Design 

 Our 3rd generation led floor increased the heat dissipating capability by 50% by way of 

 a). adds heatsink plate inside of the module 

 b). enlarge the diameter of heat cycle hole to be 4.5mm

 c). apply 3 layer waterproof gasket while not using glue.

 The 3rd generation led floor change the system connection way to be with soft ribbon cable, this upgrade maximize the stability of video floor.

5. Fast Maintenance 

 The 3rd generation led floor adapts push&fix way for assembling and dismantling the module from the cabinet,it only take 30sec to replace a led module. 

6. Stonger new cabinet design.

 the 3rd generation led floor modifies designs of  back parts, to apply ways similar like "spider net"  to average the weight bearing, this design strengthen the cabinet structure. 

7. IP65 raiting (front/rear)

 our 3rd generation led floor apply aluminum power&system box, it's fan-less and back IP65 rating

8. Noise-Free Design

 Our 3rd generationled floor add plastic soft cushion at the feet part, it decreases the noises when walking or jumping on the floor. 

9. Adjustable Foot support.

 The 3rd generation led floor upgrades the foot base, the new base can be lifted up and down, can be very helpfull if the stage floor is not flat. 

10. Individually dismantle

 the 3rd generation led panel be sucked out with our special designed plastic sucker, it helps instant replacement  if problem happens during working period.
