Wall cupboard

1) All the cabinets are stainless steel structure, which meets the requirements of sanitation and cleanliness.

2) The operation cabinet is made of 1.5 mm stainless steel plate. The panel is U-shaped with a height of 30-40 mm. The edge of the fold is smooth and smooth. The edge of the panel is inverted into a corner without burrs. It is easy to clean the inside and outside of the fold.

3) All operation cabinets are equipped with reinforcing bars and 10 mm thick particleboard under the cabinet. The panel can withstand the average load of (>1500/M) without distortion.

4) Round stainless steel pipes with a diameter of 38 mm. All round stainless steel pipes are fitted with adjustable angle at the bullet-shaped bottom.

5) The movable bottom plate is made of 1.2mm stainless steel plate with 4 sides 38mm high and 12 mm folded edge as groove. The stainless steel groove reinforcement of 25mm *100mm *25mm is installed under the floor plate.

6) All operation cabinets should have anti-splash baffles of more than 150 mm against the wall (set up as required).

7) All operating cabinets without walls are folded into U-shaped sides and right-angled by walls.

8) Sliding sliding doors are made of 1.0 mm stainless steel as the outer wall and 0.8 mm stainless steel as the inner wall. The door is double-decked and filled with fibre cotton. The door is 12-15 mm thick. The door adopts lifting slides, which can be unloaded without tools for cleaning.

9) Double sliding sliding doors need to be equipped with double sliding rails and rubber material limiters below to prevent the doors from deforming when sliding.

10) Case selection of high-quality wood, 50 mm thick, and after drying treatment, no cracking, no deformation.
