Applications

AEC2338 combustible and toxic gas detector can be used in industrial sites with combustible and hazardous gas, such as petroleum, chemical engineering, natural gas, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, wineries, nuclear power, new energy and ship industries, to meet the explosion and dust explosion prevention requirements on the site. 

AEC2338 can communicate with ACTION branching gas alarm controllers (AEC2392a and AEC2392b) through 4-20mA standard analog signal, or it can be accessed to PLC/DCS/SIS system (which is for automatic control) for unified management.

Main features

1. Design of highly integrated integration function module
With design of integration function module, the detector includes detector module and sensor module, between which misplug prevention standard digital interface for the convenience of hot plug and change on the site. 

2. Free setting in full range of alarm concentration
Both the low and high limit alarm concentration can be freely set in full range. In case of key calibration, the calibrated value can be set in line with the calibrated gas concentration. However, in case of LCD real time concentration display, IR remote control can be used to calibrate on the site. The calibration is easy and convenient without opening the cover. 

3. Military LCD display 
The LCD real time concentration display can clearly indicate the working status of the equipment in blaze and remote.

4. Multiple optional communication modes
Three-wire system (4-20mA), two-wire system (4-20mA) and 4-20mA products with HART are optional.

5. Free combination and diverse output
The free change and combination of multiple types of detector and sensor modules can form a variety of detectors with particular output functions and detection objects, thus rapidly meeting the customized demand of users. 

6. Easy change replacement of sensor like changing replacing a bulb
Sensor modules of different gas and different ranges can be changed freely. No calibration setting is needed after change and the detector can read out the factory calibration data automatically and work immediately. The mode not only extends the service life of the product, but also realizes the long-distance detection calibration conveniently to avoid complicated disassembly of overall equipment and difficult site calibration and to reduce the later maintenance cost of the detector.
