Product Description

TCWY designs and builds high purity up to 99.999% PSA H2 Plant. According to customers’ specific requirements and production characteristics, the most appropriate technical plan, process route, adsorbents types and proportion are provided to ensure the yield of effective gas and the reliability of index.

Dense filling technology of adsorbents is adopted to further reduce the dead spaces between the bed layers and increasing the recovery rate of the effective components.

In the operation plan, mature and advanced control software package is adopted to optimize the adsorption time, which enables the plant to operate in the most economical mode for a long time and be free from the influence of technical level and careless operation of operators.

The lifespan of our PSA programmable valves with special technologies is above 1 million times.

Applications

H2 recycling from H2-rich gas mixture (PSA - H2)

To recycle pure H2 from H2-rich gas mixture such as converted gas, refined gas, semi-water gas, city gas, coke-oven gas, fermentation gas, methanol tail gas, formaldehyde tail gas, FCC dry gas of oil refinery, converted tail gas and other gas sources with H2. The purity of the recycled H2 can reach 98~99.999%.
