How to send cases to us |
A. Please prepare the following items before sending the case: |
a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; especially tooth number, single crowns or bridge, color, what item to make |
b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare an commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper |
B. Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the cases back |
Turnaround Time |
Shipping time: if you use DHL or UPS, the shipping could take 2-3 days one way. |
Production time: For PFM or full ceramics 3 days; For framework partial dentures or implants 4-5 days; For complicated cases or combined works with two or more items 7 days. |
