6.    What’s the shipment terms and delivery time of your company?

Well,  it depends on the quantity of your order. As you know, we need time to manufacture the machines, but this will not long, because we have stock. Regarding the shipment terms, we can provide Express, DHL,TNT, air, ship…The time depends on your choice.

7.    I would like to ask you if it’s possible to have my own logo on the product?

Horsent can provide the customized service, a little bit extra service fee is needed.

8.    How can I pay for the order?

For sample order: 100% T/T in advance.

For bulk order: 30% deposit in advance, balance clear before shipment.
