Cutstar Carbide can also design and manufacture nozzles on customers requests.
Our nozzle liners are made of tungsten carbide or silicon carbide material, which have excellent wear resistant property and can insure our product long working life.
1.Chemical Constituent:
Tungsten carbide with 4~25% cobalt binder, 6~15% nickel binder, WC-tic-Ni/Cr alloy etc.

4.Production Process:
HOW IS CEMENTED CARBIDE MADE?
1.The manufacturing process begins with the composition of a specific tungsten carbide powder mixture- tailored for the application.
2.This powder is compacted into a form.
3.In a high- temperature sintering furnace, the tungsten carbide structure of the blank is shaped at precise temperatures for strictly defined periods.
4.During this heat treatment, the tungsten carbide blank undergoes shrinkage of some 50% in volume.
5.The sintered Cemented Carbide component gains its final finish by additional grinding, lapping and/ or polishing processes.
Packaging & Shipping
Usually in cartons (47cmX25cmX21cm) for each part inside the carton, separate protection is made to avoid damage and prevent the surface being scratched.
We can also make independent package for tungsten carbide seals /mechanical seal rings / wear parts if necessary or at the request of client.
Product code on cartons instead of company information to keep deal information secret and beneficial to customs clearance.
Ship arranged in 10~30days.
